Frank is approved by the Driving Standards Agency as a Grade 5 Approved Driving Instructor. Only 29% of driving instructors are approved at Grade 5 (figures correct at March 2008). Frank is also a registered Pass Plus instructor and is a member of the Motor Schools Association. Frank enjoys an excellent pass rate amongst his pupils, a product of his two decades of experience as a qualified instructor. Frank founded Argus School of Motoring in 1990, after spending the previous two years with a nationally respected driving school. Throughout his career as an ADI, Frank has taught hundreds of people to become competent and safe drivers.
Frank’s patient and friendly manner and relaxed tuition style put learner drivers at their ease. He helps learners to overcome the nervousness many naturally feel when venturing out on to the roads for the first time “behind the wheel”.
Frank is a keen advocate of automatic transmission vehicles, and is a specialist in providing automatic driving lessons. Argus SOM is one of just a few driving schools in the area to offer this service.
